Black Dog Lubricants was formed in August of 2005 with shareholders Terry Veinotte, Randy Veinotte and Lance Lepage. Just over a year later, in December of 2006 Ron Flood was added and a new partnership was completed.
In the summer of 2008, Black Dog purchased the distribution rights for Ultramar Lubrication products for South Western Quebec and Eastern Ontario from Distribution Leveillee.
The following year, Black Dog introduced Tire sales and service operations and changed the corporate name to Black Dog Tire and Lubricants, and opening a warehouse and retail centre in Kingston, Ontario.
In the spring of 2011, Black Dog Tire and Lubricants moved into a new 15000 sq. ft. warehouse and retail facility where the currently sit today. They also introduced their road service which is available along the 401 corridor from the Quebec border to Belleville.
